LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY
The Equipment shall at all times remain the property of the Owner, and the Customer shall have no right, title or interest in or to the Equipment save the right to possession and use of the Equipment as set out in this Agreement.
DELIVERY
The Customer shall pay the Rental Fee to the Owner in accordance with the requirements of this clause 3 and the Invoice.
The Rental Fee shall be payable in United Arab Emirates Dirhams unless otherwise expressly provided for in the Invoice.
Unless otherwise provided for in the Invoice, at the time of booking the Equipment for hire, the Customer shall pay to the Owner a non-refundable deposit (the Deposit) which shall be an amount equal to 50% of the Rental Fee.
