Choose the required decor from our extensive catalog and place your order. Feel free to ask our manager if you need any help in choosing your decor.
A prepayment is required for the final reservation. The rest of the payment is paid a few days before the rent starts.
After receiving your order, we will check the availability of all items and make an advance reservation.
Our manager will specify the place and time of delivery of decor and furniture in advance, and will control the items unloading at the scheduled time.
rental terms
Delivery of the Equipment shall be made by the Owner. The Owner shall use all reasonable endeavours to effect delivery by the date and time agreed between the Parties in the Invoice. Title and risk shall transfer in accordance with clause 2 of this Agreement.
The Equipment shall at all times remain the property of the Owner, and the Customer shall have no right, title or interest in or to the Equipment save the right to possession and use of the Equipment as set out in this Agreement.
The Customer shall pay the Rental Fee to the Owner in accordance with the requirements of this clause 3 and the Invoice.
The Rental Fee shall be payable in United Arab Emirates Dirhams unless otherwise expressly provided for in the Invoice.
Unless otherwise provided for in the Invoice, at the time of booking the Equipment for hire, the Customer shall pay to the Owner a non-refundable deposit (the Deposit) which shall be an amount equal to 50% of the Rental Fee.
The Rental Fee shall be payable in United Arab Emirates Dirhams unless otherwise expressly provided for in the Invoice.
